Every EA Tours group is accompanied by a professional tour director who is with your students around the clock — from departure to return.
We use centrally located 3- and 4-star hotels with 24-hour front desk security. Hotels are personally inspected and chosen for safety and comfort.
Your group will NEVER be combined with another school or organization. Your students travel only with their own group, teachers, and chaperones.
Comprehensive emergency plans are in place for every tour. Our 24/7 support team is always reachable, and local emergency contacts are provided.
Parents can contact the EA Tours office or their group's tour director at any time during the trip. We provide emergency contact numbers before departure.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all participants covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and baggage protection.
